When I first came I was in pain walking just a few yards. And this had been getting worse for the best part of a year. Now I can walk more than a couple of miles and am regularly covering over 15000 steps a day at work although I still have some discomfort occasionally the improvement has been amazing. All the staff are lovely and you really feel looked after by the receptionist. I highly recommend this place if you've got a problem get it looked at it's the best thing I've done coming here and my health has improved so much from it.
